So why have I gone to the trouble of creating a blog and what is it for?

Well for starters, my aim is actually for me to engage with you, not for you to get bored reading about my idiosyncrasies. I have few discernible talents of my own, so I often find myself getting involved in a whole host of odd activities. I saw that reviewing them all in one place would be a way to help them be publicised, supported, and challenged.
